Welcome to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) at the College of Medicine – Tucson! ODI was established to lead the College’s current diversity and inclusion efforts for students, residents and fellows, faculty and staff, as well as initiate, coordinate and evaluate new programs to create a comprehensive network of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

ODI has partnered with administrative units throughout the College of Medicine – Tucson, including Admissions and Student Services, Medical Student Education, Graduate Medical Education and Faculty Affairs. Additionally, we work collaboratively with colleagues from the University of Arizona, the Arizona Health Sciences Center and Banner - University Medical Center to create meaningful diversity and inclusion programs that reach beyond the College and into the entire Tucson community.

I invite you to partner with us as we build an organization focused on celebrating the rich diversity of our students, residents and fellows, faculty and staff, administrators and alumni. We aim to include all our constituents as we embed diversity, inclusion and equity into the fabric of the College of Medicine – Tucson. By doing this, we hope to become an institution of inclusive excellence!
