About the Lecture

The stresses of aging, chronic pain, dealing with disease and life's day-to-day challenges can put us on the never-ending treadmill of trying to attain happiness. Intrigued by this phenomenon, the UA's Bob Logan embarked on a scientific journey to answer this question in the pursuit of happiness. What he discovered was over 17,000 peer-reviewed studies on happiness from the scientific community. He went on to use his skills as a coach and mentor to develop a program that has brought joy - and practical teachings - to audiences from all across the United States and abroad.

This highly engaging and informative lecture focuses on eight scientifically-proven techniques that have been proven to bring happiness to one's life. In this interactive and creative presentation, participants uncover the secrets to happiness through meaningful practice and thoughtful changes that can lead to a happier life.

Join us as Bob Logan provides insight on how to push our own boundaries and approach life from a different perspective. A lifelong educator, he artfully teaches the intricate balancing act of life, empowering us to live in a different way. Delivering one of the UA Arthritis Center's most highly-requested Living Healthy With Arthritis topics, he returns to the UAAC with an expanded presentation in celebration of the tremendous community we serve.
