The House Staff Diversity Advisory Committee (HDAC) is a group of residents working to create community and support for residents of color, residents from underrepresented groups, and allies. Our goal is to create a more diverse, inclusive, and anti-racist training experience through social gatherings, community engagement, and policy change.
