Pre-Medical Admissions Pathway (P-MAP) and Pathway Scholars Program (PSP) Joint Information Session in Tempe

The Pre-Medical Admissions Pathway (P-MAP) at the UA College of Medicine - Tucson and the Pathway Scholars Program (PSP) at the UA College of Medicine - Phoenix are holding a joint information session at Arizona State University in Tempe, sponsored by the ASU Black Medical Student Association (BMSA).  The program will provide information on both pathway programs, designed for students who have had greater than average challenges in applying to medical school.  The P-MAP program is a 12-month mater's program in Cellular and Molecular Medicine that comes with conditional admission to the UA College of Medicine - Tucson for the following academic year.  The PSP program similarly is a 10-month graduate certificate program in Professional Studies in Health Sciences that also provides conditional admission to the UA College of Medicine - Phoenix.  Both programs enroll an average of 10 students per year.
